An introduction to yoga philosophy and its core texts
Starts October 26. Taught by Kevala and Pragalbha Doshi, both C-IAYT Yoga Therapists.
Yoga comes with a body of philosophy and a set of core texts, and most students never get a clear overview of either. Living Yoga gives you that overview, taught live by two yoga therapists.
A first step toward our 300-Hour Viniyoga Teacher Training.
If you want to know the philosophy behind yoga, this is the place to start.
Ground what you teach in the texts it comes from, and get a clear overview you can build on.
If you have a steady practice and want to understand the philosophy behind it, you will find a plain, organized introduction here.
No experience needed. We start with the overview and build from there.
Each session runs two hours, from 4:30 to 6:30 PM Pacific Time.
