Study yoga as a system for healing, not a set of shapes.
Live, interactive programs taught by certified yoga therapists (C-IAYT), rooted in classical tradition, therapeutic application, and lived experience. Open worldwide.
Who you will learn from
Every program is led by a certified yoga therapist.
Kevala is a yoga therapist, educator, and owner of The Mind-Body Connection Yoga & Pilates Studio in Upland, California. She is known for taking complex and often obscure yogic philosophy and translating it into clear, usable tools for healing, nervous system regulation, and awakening.
Rather than teaching techniques to follow, she teaches discernment: how to recognize what supports healing, clarity, and integration in real time.
Pragalbha is an experienced yoga therapist with decades of dedicated study and a deep commitment to authentic, compassionate service. Her work is rooted in classical yoga frameworks and informed by scientific understanding.
She specializes in designing individualized therapeutic practices using breath, asana, and meditation to support specific conditions and personal goals.
A closer look at each program
Each one is built for a different purpose. Here is what each actually involves.
300-Hour Advanced Teacher Training
A ten-month immersion in yoga therapy foundations, classical philosophy, and therapeutic application, for teachers who want depth rather than more technique. Led by Kevala and Pragalbha Doshi, with the option of a 300-hour certification at the end.
Therapeutic Applications of Yoga, 30 CE
Twelve live sessions on adapting practice to the person in front of you: what to offer, what to leave out, and the reasoning behind the choice. Six recorded practices come with it, and the hours count toward Yoga Alliance continuing education.
This one is between cohorts. Leave your email and we will write to you when dates are set.
The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali
A word-by-word study of all 195 sutras in the Viniyoga tradition, taught by Kevala. Thirty-two live sessions, every one recorded, with the complete translation handed to you as you go. No Sanskrit and no teaching background required.
Talk it through with us
Book a free call with one of our instructors. It is not a sales call. It is a short conversation about where you are, what you are looking for, and whether either of these actually fits.
Yoga that makes sense, in your body and your teaching.
Whichever program fits, you will study yoga as a coherent system rather than a collection of techniques. That is the whole point.
