What You Will Study

All areas are woven together throughout the training. This is experiential, practical, and transformative.

Foundations of Asana

How postures function as tools for physical, energetic, and psychological outcomes. Adapt and sequence intelligently for therapeutic goals.

Pranayama

The full range of breathing practices. Breath as the primary tool for regulating the nervous system and preparing for meditation.

Meditation and Mantra

Develop a personal meditation practice. Understand how mantra functions as a tool for focus, transformation, and connection.

The Yoga Sutra

Patanjali's Yogasutra as a practical framework for understanding the mind, suffering, and liberation.

The Bhagavad Gita

A guide for living with clarity, purpose, and steadiness. Teachings on action, devotion, and knowledge applied to modern life.

Hatha Yoga Principles

The Hatha Yoga Pradipika: how asana, pranayama, mudra, and bandha prepare for deeper states of awareness.

Course Planning and Sequencing

Design intelligent, purposeful sessions. Assessment, adaptation, and sequencing that serve individual students and groups.

Spiritual and Therapeutic Yoga

How spiritual discipline and therapeutic science complement each other. Integrate both in your teaching and practice.

Where You Will Be at the End

By the end of these ten months, yoga will no longer feel fragmented. You will:

  • Understand the function of practices beyond their form
  • Adapt yoga intelligently for injuries, stress, and limitation
  • Teach from clarity rather than effort
  • Experience yoga as a steady inner resource, not something you perform

Asana, breath, meditation, and philosophy will function as one coherent system.

The Science of Classical Yoga

You will study yoga not as philosophy alone, but as an applied science of transformation:

Healing from everyday suffering
Discovery of life purpose
Clarity in relationships and health
Yoga as a reliable inner guide
Supporting others through difficulty
Living yoga, not performing it
Yoga healing practice
"This program changed how I understand yoga and how I live it. It helped me move beyond performing poses into actually understanding how and why practices work. I teach with more confidence now, and my own practice feels more grounded, clear, and integrated."
