Each month has a theme. Every class explores it through the body.
How does practicing presence inform your awareness?
How does inward attention shift the quality of your day?
How does practice give access to intuition and insight?
How does practice help you identify what you need for ease of functioning?
How does practice make philosophy experiential and transform how you experience life?
How does practice bring a feeling of aliveness and vitality to you?
A good yoga practice changes something in your day and in your life.
Settle in and turn attention inward. The theme and intention are set.
Postures, breath, and techniques chosen to bring the theme into direct experience.
Let the practice land before you move into your day.
Ten minutes to share what you noticed and ask questions.
For class members who want to deepen their practice, share their experience, or understand why we did what we did.
Often it is unclear what worked for you, what did not, and why. This session helps you find personal relevance in the month's theme, intention, postures, and techniques.

Pragalbha has spent decades studying yoga, and it shows in how she teaches. Her work is rooted in the classical frameworks of Yoga Therapy and grounded in science, but what students notice first is her genuine care for the person in front of her.
As a yoga therapist, she designs practices for specific conditions and individual goals using breath, asana, and meditation. From 2017 to 2024 she was a visiting stress management expert for the American Heart and Stroke Association. In class, her instructions are clear, precise, and easy to follow.
Her practices leave you with new capacity, insight, and relief. The effect is calming and energizing at the same time. She continues her own study of Yoga Therapy and philosophy with Chase Bossart.
One morning a week. One clear theme. A practice you feel long after you roll up your mat.
